All dream entries, journal content, emotional inputs, tags, and other information you create or submit through the App ("User Content") remain your property.
You are solely responsible for your User Content, including how you interpret, share, or act upon insights derived from it. Lucidia does not review, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of User Content or any interpretations generated from it.
You acknowledge that dream interpretation, emotional analysis, and reflection are subjective by nature, and you use any insights or outputs provided by the App at your own discretion and risk.
Certain features of the App rely on automated systems and artificial intelligence to generate interpretations, emotional summaries, patterns, or suggestions.

Lucidia is intended for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal insight purposes only. The App does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, or sleep-related advice.
Any insights, interpretations, techniques, or suggestions offered by the App — including those related to dreams, emotions, or lucid dreaming — are not a substitute for professional mental health, psychological, medical, or sleep-related care. If you experience distress, sleep disruption, anxiety, or other concerns, you should discontinue use and consult a qualified professional.
The App may provide educational content or techniques related to lucid dreaming. These techniques are optional and results may vary significantly between individuals.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users and for ensuring you have appropriate consent before tagging or referencing others. Lucidia does not verify user identities and is not responsible for user conduct, communications, or interactions within the App.
We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access to social features if misuse is reported or detected.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and software — are owned by Lucidia or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without prior written permission.
Certain features of the App may be available through a paid subscription.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:
Free Trials
Lucidia may, at its sole discretion, offer a free trial for a limited period. Unless you cancel before the trial expires, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and the applicable fees will be charged.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Except where required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable. Refunds are subject to applicable app store policies.
Fee Changes
Lucidia may modify subscription pricing at any time. Changes will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle with reasonable prior notice.
The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Lucidia makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, accuracy, or performance of the App.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from defects.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucidia and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, reputation, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the App.
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that may harm the App or other users.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Lucidia operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
